Silver & gold Aglias are perfect for taking panfish or trout. Use silver on bright days.
Polished brass (gold) blades produce best when it's overcast.
Try copper in streams after a heavy rain, or in dark, stained water.
Work a single hook Aglia wooly worm through the weeds for great fishing action.
All Mepps Ultra Lites are either dressed with natural hackle or a classic wooly worm. Work weed beds,

| I've never found a better, more consistently effective trout lure than the Mepps 00 Ultra Lite dressed single. Maroon, black, and white have all worked exceptionally for me. I've caught countless brookies and rainbows on Wisconsin and Upper Michigan streams. It fools even the most wiley native trout. I've caught smallmouth, bluegill, perch, you name it on this lure. 2-pound smooth casting line, an ultra lite rod and reel set-up, and a Mepps 00 is all I need on the water. |

| This is the best spinner Mepps makes in my experience. I've been out more than once with a lot of people fishing an area and not getting much of anything while I'm getting trout to at least hit on every cast with these. I like all three colors(Silver, Gold and Copper) be sure to change it up often. These are a great trout lure, one of my best without a doubt but they also catch some BIG bass and panfish. Not to mention I've had good size northern pike go after these as well. All in all an awesome lure for any ultra lite fisherman and that's why I always have 5 of every color in my box. |

| I absolutely love these for stream trout. Silver, Copper or Gold are all great and I keep at least half a dozen of each in my box at all times. Without a doubt my go-to spinner in streams. In faster or deeper water, I add a split shot about a foot from the spinner to keep the lure down deeper and I always fish it S-L-O-W. I prefer the single hook because I do a lot of C&R fishing and the single hook does less damage to the fish. As an added bonus they don't snag as easy as the trebles. |

These are great with a 4"9 ultral-lite rod and 2lb test line. I wish I could find them in more stores. WalMart always has a few... but never enough!
They may be small... But I have caught trout well over 20 inches on them!

| We got up really early in the morning to get us some fish for breakfast, but, for the first hour we didn't even feel a nibble. I tied on the Mepps Ultra Lite treble and pulled out a brook trout on the second cast. I moved up to where my friend was fishing and cast in and pulled out a big rainbow. He asked me for one of my Aglia Ultra Lites and in an hour and a half we went back to camp with 6 nice fish including a giant brown. Not to mention the half dozen we released. |

| I love this product for Trout. I've caught alot of Smallmouth and Largemouth Bass as well and some great panfish. This without a doubt is the lure I depend on for Trout. I don't know what I'd do if you guys quit making it. I like to fish it as slow as possible for nice Browns and 'Bows. My biggest Brown on this was 16 inches and the Rainbow was 22 inches. This lure definitely caught me some great fish including an 8 lb largemouth and a 6 lb. Smallie. |
