Got this guy to slam my Mepps in a deep pool along a clay cut. I was holding the spinner in the current. The water was super clear. Silver has been a good color in these conditions. I also used my custom orange decal on the back of the spinner. What makes this work well is because when the fish follows the spinner the fish don't see too much flash from behind. Having the orange decal keeps the fish from getting spooked and is a good color for these fish. So the silver blade with orange decal is perfect because the silver blade gives it just enough flash to get the fish interested and the orange keeps the fish interested when it follows the spinner in. Great combo give it a try sometime!
