Humid conditions once again made for a good day to be on the Mersey River. Using a #00 Black Fury gold and casting across a fast water section of the river and letting the lure drift with the flow whlie I slowly retrieved it I managed to hook this nice solid 730 gm Rainbow Trout. A quick photo and after weighing it I released for another day.
