I was fishing for northerns when I saw this fish sitting along the shore line. So, I was throwing everything at this fish I could nothing was working. I was looking through my tackle box and found the old tried-and-true Mepps. So, I put it on and the first cast got nothing. But, the second cast I threw it out and brought it in and let it sink to the bottom and bang. The fish took off with it.
