I caught this nice Largemouth Bass at my daughter and son-in-law's home in Laingsburg, Michigan.
I switched from a wacky worm rig to Mepps spinners 3 years ago. I have caught more Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass and Pike on these spinners than I ever did with the wacky worm. In fact, I have caught more Bass and Pike on these spinners than all the assorted other tackle in my box.
I mainly use the #5 Dressed treble hook Aglia with a silver blade and white tail. However, this year I decided to try the #5 Dressed treble hook Aglia with a silver blade and chartreuse tail and the #5 with chartreuse blade and chartreuse tail and have had great success with these also.
