I caught this fish the same day my buddy Steve Kerna caught his 44incher. I caught it in Lake Superior casting weedbeds in 3-8ft depths. I used a #3 Mepps Aglia Plain treble in Gold blade. I probably caught over 70 pike in 2-1/2 days with that one Aglia! They also work miracles for smallmouth bass in Lake St. Clair!
