On my way back from work, I got a call from my kid saying he went out to try his new Syclops and that he caught a musky with it. When I arrived, I took my favorite lure(Old Mepp`s Comet #5)fished for a while with no success. After saying several times that this was the last cast, finally I got a hit and what a hit. This is the biggest smallmouth I ever caught. WOW! 18 inches. This really made my day. Put it in a bucket of water, took it home for some pic`s, weight and measurments and after this was done I took it back to the river and revived it and off it went. WOW the new season is started off big.
