After a couple of frustrating days of many hits but no Tigerfish landed due to their hard mouths, I was finally able to land this one using my trusty Mepps Syclops spoon. I have used it all over and it gets hit pretty much everywhere. I made a surprisingly short cast into a pool that looked too small to hold a fish this size, but it jumped on the spoon right when it hit the water and took off. I thought it was going to turn the corner around some rocks and cut the line, but somehow I turned it before that happened.
