This lure became my favorite when I first tried it. In 2 hours I caught 7 bass, the largest being about 3 pounds. 2 pickerel attacked this lure too. Its like a beacon in the water! The fish really like this lure, just like all the Mepps. Unfortunately, I lost the only one I had when the bail closed accidentaly during a cast. I'm getting 2 of these next time. Man, this is one of the greatest lures I have ever used! My family and I went up to Seeley Lake, mostly to boat, 'cause I'm the only one who's crazy about fishing in my family. I waded into the water next to some lily pads. As I cast my Mepps Aglia out, I see a nice two foot long pike swim by. Excited, I cast my Mepps in his direction, and two seconds after it was in the water, I see the pike swallow it, and I caught my first pike. I also caught countless perch, another nice pike, and one of the biggest sunfish I've ever seen! This is one of the greatest lures I've purchased.Lure: Aglia & Dressed Aglia

You name it, I caught it on this lure. I only fish with one lure because it produces over and over. The Comet is great for any condition at any lake or river. From Smallies to Largemouth to Walleye to Channel Cats to Northern Pike and even Muskies this lure just plain works. 36" Pike, 38" Musky, 5.75# Smallie are just a few of the of the fine fish caught on this lure. Good luck finding the 4's and 5's in a 15 mile radius of me, I bought them all!
