Fishing Mepps lures and Mister Twister Split Double Tails forever. Cold September day on Lake Vermilion. Fishing was slow. My lure barely hit the water when I saw the northern jump all the way out of the water. He went down in the weeds. I thought for sure my 10 lb test line would break. He swam under the boat. We luckily netted him..but barely fit in our musky net. He was hooked on only one of the four treble hooks. GREAT FISH and my biggest northern to date...THANKS MEPPS AND MISTER TWISTER!!!!!!
