I have gone fishing with my Dad several times and have caught many fish but never a Northern Pike and was upset when I lost two the night before. But this morning we were about to head back to the campground when this big guy hit. Every time he saw the boat he swam back down deep but he finally tired out and my Dad landed him. This is my first Pike ever. I caught a smaller one later on the same Black Fury ( Orange & Black ) as it is my favorite.
