My brother and I were drifting over a 5 foot drop in the middle of the lake.. Had been a slow fall day up to that point... He hammered a massive smallie around 6 pounds. We get it in the boat, were stoked. I cast back immediately to the joy of this beautiful personal best largemouth bass... We were rewarded on the next cast with a nice 7 pound northern. A wonderful 25 minutes of fishing to say the least, all fish were released to swim another day.. thanks again to my most trusted company in fishing, Mepps.
