Thought to use my go to lure, the Black Fury going for some bass initially. I casted near a tree that had been submerged. I felt a hit on my second pop. I set the hook and knew right away that it fought different than a bass. When it got closer I knew it was a crappie with the way his white color reflected in the water with the sun hitting it. By the way he was fighting I knew he was a nice one.
