I've been fishing on the St. Lawrence River for 50 years and have caught a lot of Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass and Panfish but never a Walleye. I caught this trophy on my 3rd cast off of Murray Island in 12 feet of water while fishing with my brother and niece at 7:30 PM. Got to love those Mepps spinners!
