Lure: Flying C
Fish Caught: Trout, Brown
I recently purchased the Flying C lures after seeing a fella, who lived in Europe, use them in the Kenosha (Wisc.) harbor - he was the only one catching fish. I have to say -- where have you been all my life? Had I not seen what he had been throwing, I would most likely be struggling to catch fish like the many others who are scratching their heads and wondering what I am using.Lure: Syclops
Fish Caught: Pike, Northern
I was fishing for pike in the Talbot River near my house and I wasn't getting a thing so I tied on a #3 Mepps Syclops. Bam! I reeled in a 3-4 pound pike- the Mepps Syclops is now my favourtie lure . Thanks Mepps!Lure: Black Fury
Fish Caught: Bass, Largemouth - Pike, Northern
I fish this lure from shore in about 4 feet of water in a weedy area and the pike go nuts for it it works well reeling it in fast. It gets huge northern, this lure is just awesome for big bass and northern pike.Lure: Aglia Streamer

Fish Caught: Bass, Largemouth - Bass, Rock - Bass, Smallmouth - Bluegill (Bream, Brim) - Crappie (White) - Sunfish (shellcracker) - Trout, Brown - Trout, Cutthroat - Trout, Rainbow
These lures are great all-purpose lures. I like wade fishing the streams around my house and making as many trips as I can to trout streams in Northern Arkansas and Southern Missouri. These little things are killers on them. Wading the streams, I just pack a few lures and always have a white, green, and brown Wooly Worm and sometimes nothing else. My only complaint is that I wish more shops carried them.Lure: See Best Plain Treble Hook
Fish Caught: Trout, Brook
I wanted to tell the entire world about these spinners that Mepps has and how great they are. In about two hours of fishing a small mountain stream in the Adirondacks, I caught ten beautiful brook trout ranging from eight to twelve inches. The See Best spinner out produced everything else that I threw into the water. If you're after nice trout than you can't go wrong with a Mepps See Best spinner in size #1. Thanks Mepps for making my fishing outings fun and productive with your innovative products.Lure: Aglia Long
Fish Caught: Pickerel
This was the first time I have ever used this small Aglia Long, the blade size was only a 1, but by my third cast, I had a pretty nice sized pickerel. This lure I bought from a small bait store and it seems to be an older one, the blade was weird, the packaging was different from the other Aglia Longs that I have bought. But this lure is one of my favorites and all I fish with is Mepps spinners.Lure: See Best Plain Treble Hook
Fish Caught: Trout, Brook
The See Best lure is the best. In size #1 I caught 12 all natural wild brook trout in the Adirondacks in only about two and a half hours of fishing. The trout just seem to eat these little things up. I guess that me and the fish are both hooked on this Mepps wonder. The Mepps See Best, its a gotta' have in any tackle box.Lure: Aglia Marabou
Fish Caught: Bass, Largemouth - Bass, Rock - Bass, Smallmouth - Bluegill (Bream, Brim) - Pike, Northern
Wow is this lure amazing. I have always used Aglias, but, the standard version. This new Marabou version came out so I decided to try it. This lure is really somthing. It gives it so much more action in the water. With the regular Aglia tail it doesnt really move and stays stiff, but, with the Marabou tail it really has ALOT more action and makes it look way more lively. I went up to Michigan fishing and I absolutly slayed bass/rock bass/pike. It was nonstop catching. Using a #2 silver blade/white tail. It was impossible not to catch them, it was nearly every cast, and most of these bass were a good 3 lbs each! I had also tried a #5 silver blade/white tail and caught the biggest northen pike I had ever caught. You can't go wrong with a Mepps Aglia and the Marabou tail really gave me more love for the lure than ever. Pick one up they work!
