I have been throwing my #3 Hot Orange plain hook Mepps spinner for over 20 years. I have caught hundreds of steelhead on them and this past weekend got my personal best at 31†and 12.1 lbs! In the past few weeks I’ve landed one at 28†and several others in the mid 20’s!Lure: Aglia BRITE

At 64 I've fished extensively throughout the Upper midwest from Northern Lower Mi. to Northern Mn. and everywhere in between for over 50 years. I am never without multiple styles and sizes of Mepps spinners. They have been my "go-to" lure all my life and I've caught everything I fish for on them. They always produce when nothing else will and never disappoint. This new "Aglia BRITE is my new favorite style. It amazes me that I will catch fish with it when with buddies who are using something else get skunked. Keep supplying us with these!Lure: Basser Kit - #2 and #3 Aglia Assortment

Absolutely lights out when it comes to lake trout spawning in Lake Michigan. The lakers come in the shallows and they crush the #5 silver Mepps like it's their first meal they've ever seen! Time and time again, I've used them and I have caught more fish than anyone that fishes lake trout in the fall. Great product and great times!Lure: Black Fury

So, it was a thunderstorm kind of day; warm, rainy, sunbreaks, typical. I decided, hey, I'm gunna head down to Cedar and see if I can get me a fish or two. I had bought 2 Bluefox MJ's #4 knowing that with those I was going to get something. I get down to the river about 6:30pm, not as many people, so that was going good. There was one guy fishing where I wanted to fish, so, I just went down stream 15 yards or so. First cast, snag my brand new spinner up, put on my other MJ and continue casting and I make it about 15 casts before I lose that spinner. I used two more Bluefoxs in the process, losing a total of 4 spinners. There's a lot of line out in the water. So, I look in my tackle and see I have a Black Fury spinner #3 and I say what the heck.. 3 casts in, and a few prayers, and I thought I snagged up on some line again, next thing I know a huge fish is jumping out of the water and I'm thinking, whoa, looks like a fish. Then I realize I have the fish on. Yahooo!!! I landed that baby she weighed just over 11 lbs and had eggs. It was chrome and beautiful. Thank you Mepps.Lure: Aglia & Dressed Aglia

I've caught so many fish with these... Best lures around, IMHO. Learn how to use them properly and they will produce bites.Lure: Spin Flies

I love the Mepps SPINFLY in the wollyworm pattern because where I come from you either match the forage the fish are eating or you're going home empty handed. So, the wollyworm pattern in the green or brown work fantastic in the streams and rivers around my house. There is also the occasional steelhead in the streams and when they catch a glimpse of the SPINFLY, they'll hit it in an heartbeat. I also love the fact that I can use the #00 SPINFLY on my Redington fly rod, but, I prefer the #0 SPINFLY on my ultralight rod and reel. Overall, I LOVE the Mepps SPINFLY in the wollyworm pattern.Lure: Minos

These Mino spinners have been one of the greatest lures I have ever used, everything likes them, to the point that I have several of each size in three different tackle boxes. When nothing is biting on anything I throw in, all I have to do is throw one of these in and let the fun begin. I prefer the chad, but also have the Rainbows just in case the weather turns bad, seems the worse the weather, the Rainbows work better. These are also good for SEA TROUT in southern FL. Great all around lures.Lure: Aglia BRITE

I have been fishing the Manitowoc River for over 15 years now but never have I caught so many fish than on the new Aglia BRITE #3 Orange-Gold. October 5th was the first huge day as I reeled in an 11 lb. steelhead, a 7 lb. brown trout, 2 coho salmon about 5 lbs. each, 2 chinook salmon each over 10 lbs., and 3 smallmouth bass over 18". I caught all these fish on the Aglia BRITE in a span of about 50 minutes in the same hole. My go to was always the #3 Aglia dressed, but, I may have a new favorite. Either way these lures are deadly.Lure: Little Wolf

Once again the people at Mepps outdo themselves. I bought a few of these lures when my local tackle shop first started stocking them and took them out fishing the next day for salmon and steelhead. What a lure! In the first hour I had caught more salmon and steelhead than most of the other anglers who had been out their all morning. I was also able to land a nearly 27 lb. Landlocked salmon. It was nearly a record breaker! Keep them comin' Mepps!Lure: See Best Plain Treble Hook

AFTER A GREAT WINTER SEASON OF TOSSING TROPHY SERIES SPINNERS FOR STEELHEAD, THE RUN IS SUPPOSED TO BE WINDING DOWN. TELL THAT TO MY #4 SEE BEST LURE COLLECTION! THE WATER IS STARTING TO GET MURKEY BECAUSE OF THE RELEASE OF WATER OUT OF THE DAM, BUT THE ULTIMATE FLASH, AND STEADY SPIN OF MEPPS SEE BEST SPINNERS HAS THEM CRUNCHING DOWN THE THE LURE TIME AND TIME AGAIN. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THESE WILD STEELIES ARE BENDING UP ALL MY GREAT LURES.
